The substrate to be bagged is conveyed by an inclined belt conveyor to the buffer hopper of the bagging machine. Several packaging machines with supply paths can be installed in the line.

AGRO CS does not manufacture packaging machines but incorporates other manufacturers’ equipment into its packing lines. These are automatic dosing and packaging equipment that have proven themselves in the long term. This equipment independently performs packaging by welding polyethylene bags from the film unwound from the coil. The bags are filled by a two-level volumetric dispenser. The packaging equipment is controlled by an 8.4 inch touch-display. The packaging process includes the subsequent forming of the full bags and the expulsion of air from the bags prior to palletizing.
