Oil coating is used to reduce dustiness of the blended material (fertilizer). Oil coating begins in a special thermally-insulated container with heated liquid. The injection dosage is controlled and checked by a weighing system, where the dose is determined by the given formula. Coating process is performed in an automatic mode. The oil from the container flows through an insulated and heated pipe to special nozzles producing a fine mist that is applied onto the fertilizer.

The oil can be heated up to 70 °C.

The volume of the oil container is 50 – 150 litres.
