This year, we focused on expanding corporate demands, modernizing our technologies, and developing new solutions. One of the key milestones was the launch of the SPALECK compost sorting line, representing state-of-the-art technology in organic waste processing.
The line achieves a capacity of up to 600 m³ per hour with a bulk density of up to 800 kg/m³ and enables compost sorting into fractions of 100 mm. It is located at the AGRO CS Bulk Materials Center in Smiřice, on a newly prepared site designed for efficiency. The system has been engineered with a strong emphasis on easy maintenance, high reliability, and maximum operational safety.
The project was carried out by the Engineering Division of AGRO CS a.s. in cooperation with the renowned German company Spaleck GmbH & Co. KG, supplier of the core sorting machine. Combining our expertise with German precision, we have created a solution that elevates compost processing to the next level.
