The dispatch pallet sorting follows the wrapping machine, and it is at the very end of the production line. It consists of a roller driven track and 2 sectors for buffering of 4 pallets with the same type of product. It is a combination of roller and chain tracks and allows the pallets to be sorted according to the type of goods. After wrapping, the pallet is conveyed to a pre-selected sector so that if there is a pallet already waiting on the gravity roller track, a pallet with the same type of goods will be transported behind it. Both pallets can be removed by the forklift with extended forks. The process is thoroughly controlled by automatically.
