 Pallet roller conveyor

The roller conveyor (also roller track) is designed for moving finished pallets with big bales to the collection point. Depending on the need, the conveyor is either a single-section or build from multiple sections to achieve desired length of the transport route. The conveyor is usually about 500 mm above the floor and the pallets of goods are removed from the conveyor by a forklift. The conveyor is made of carbon steel with a protective coating or stainless steel. It is equipped with an electric gearbox that drives the rollers by chain drives. Speed and light sensors monitor the movement of the pallet along the conveyor. The conveyor can also be non-powered (gravitational ) and can also be equipped with a rubber belt.

Weighted pallet roller conveyor

The weighted roller pallet conveyor is of the same design as the roller pallet conveyor and is additionally mounted on load cells that control the weight of the finished pallet.
