The peat substrate mixing line terminates with a stacking conveyor with drop gates, which ensure the substrate is poured into the large-volume storage hoppers of the packaging line. The diverter is placed on the horizontal part of the conveyor belt above the hopper into which the material is to be discharged. The control of the diverter gate is pneumatic and is controlled automatically from the control room. The diverting drop gate can be single-sided (it collects material from the belt on one side) or double-sided.
